Can I use Synceezy for free forever?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit — it's free forever. You get 1 event type and up to 10 bookings per month.

What happens if I hit the booking or event type limit?

Free accounts are capped at 1 event type and 10 bookings/month. Starter gives you 5 event types and 100 bookings/month. Pro gives you 10 event types and 250 bookings/month. Enterprise removes all limits.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Is there a trial for Starter, Pro, or Enterprise?

Not currently, but the Free plan gives you a real feel for the product without a time limit. Upgrade whenever you’re ready.

What payment methods are supported?

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and support all major cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Will my data be safe if I downgrade?

Yes. We never delete your account, bookings, or event types. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date; if your new plan allows fewer active event types, we keep the most-booked ones active and disable the rest.
